The development of Enclave West was initiated upon the outstanding success of Enclave. Construction was completed in two phases, the first completed in Fall 2013 and the final phase completed in Fall 2014. Enclave West is the only property in the Edwardsville market with a direct trail leading from the property to campus. It was also the first approved community to allow four-bedroom occupancy.
