Approach

At Crevo, Student Housing is our primary focus. We develop and acquire Class A student housing projects in markets that meet our criteria, and align with our company’s interests. We professionally manage our developments to ensure that the properties are operated to the highest standard. After development is completed and stabilized the asset is either sold as part of property-specific investment strategies, or held as a core asset.

Our multifamly development strategy follows our Student Housing initiative in providing the best rental units in any market. We pursue multifamily developments and acquisition opportunities with a detailed approach that allows us to focus on higher return opportunities. When developing or acquiring a multifamily property, we are focused on unlocking value through creative, market-driven repositioning.

We also invest in planned residential housing opportunities for development of rural subdivisions and urban redevelopment. We strategically develop and acquire our residential communities using market analysis. Once all aspects of the planned development have been completed, the asset is then released as a non-core holding.

Crevo develops and acquires commercial and mixed use property. We mostly acquire medical only commercial property with investment grade tenants. We specifically target dialysis clinics with strong operating history and high medical chair counts. We also develop and acquire mixed use properties with national operating tenants and at least 100 units.
