Jenna Desch serves as the President of Crevo Capital. She is responsible for all aspects of developments, management operations and support departments, Jenna is a seasoned real estate executive with over a decade of experience in the-off campus student housing industry, serving properties all over the country. Prior to joining Crevo Capital she was with Peak Campus Companies, one of the largest student housing real estate companies in the country.  At Peak, her primary focus was on the support and leasing of new developments, marketing, and brand management. She has a BS in Marketing from Indiana University.

Corey M. Wenzel serves as Chief Executive Officer of Crevo Capital.  A Certified Public Accountant by trade, he has extensive real estate experience and has been developing in Illinois for the last 14 years. In 2001, he recognized an opportunity to assist Southern IL University – Edwardsville with off campus student housing. He is the developer behind two Class “A” student housing projects known as Enclave and Enclave West. Corey has completed over 1200 beds of new construction and redevelopment in Edwardsville, IL. In addition to the student housing portfolio he has also developed medical office space, multifamily apartments, and single family residential. He has a MBA and BS in accounting from SIUe. He also hold a CPA designation in the state of IL.
